Bar Chart
A type of chart, widely used by technical analysts and traders, which displays price information by means of a vertical bar or line. The top of the bar is the highest price reached during the period and the bottom of the bar the lowest. A dash on the left-hand side of the bar denotes the opening price and a dash on the right-hand side the closing price for the period.
